Shout for bingo and let it all out
In the words of the song “Shout shout let it all out” and who wouldn’t when they had won! Whatever the amount we all get excited when the numbers are kind to us so what do you shout? Is it printable? In its early form Beano was the winning players shout at the game we now know as bingo when beans were used to cover the numbers called City Bingo. When someone mistakenly shouted bingo a new name was born and has weathered time nicely. A bingo game was used in the First World War to entertain the troops and called housie housie free bingo. The call house was used to indicate a full house or bingo. You have to be on top of your game and in good voice to shout in the couple of second before the next number is called.
Online bingo is a different experience altogether where nimble fingers are required to keep up with the chat so it’s more of a virtual shout and doesn’t have to be claimed free bingo no deposit. Lots of WTGs come your way but not so many acronyms apply to the winner. Maybe *rofl* (rolling on floor laughing) or cul8r (see you later) if you are off to tell your better half. Thinking of that mega jackpot and dreaming of some sunshine how about otta (off to travel agents) or otts (off to the shops) maybe even otc (opening the champagne) Mecca Bingo. One thing is for certain we would soon be back playing as winning is only fifth on the list of reasons people give for playing so let’s hope we get to do lots of shouting in the time honoured fashion but go on enjoying the nation’s favourite game for years to come.
